Why Mentor Coaching?

Mentor Coaching

Mentor coaching serves as a preparation for the ICF credentialing process.
It consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogue-based process - based on observed or recorded coaching sessions. Its main task is to develop the coaching skills of a mentée regarding the desired level of the  credential.

The purpose of mentor coaching is to improve the coaching skills of a mentée and to ensure that they match the ICF core competencies.

Mentor coaching is not about mentoring for topics such as business development, balancing your life etc. which are not related to developing the coaching skills of the menté.
